This is the first room we finished! Well all but a new light for over the dining room table(coming soon). For this room we took out the carpet and replacet it with laminate snap together floor($550.00). We repainted everything. We did a faux wainscoating on the dining room walls, 6 1/2 feet tall ($ 80.00). New base boards throught room ($70.00). New curtains!
